'Oh,' people say, 'You're doing the End to End! Unsupported?' Well, there are the pure and the not-so-pure versions of 'unsupported'. Apart from the sponsorship offers, the main assistance I'm getting at the moment is from my brother Bob, who has been wrestling with the vagaries of Google Maps to show an accurate version of my planned route, and who established this blog for me and showed me how to use it.
I also have no intention of being unsupported when I ride. Purists camp. The rest of us stay in B&Bs. Admittedly I will carry my own (pared down) luggage; but apart from that, all support is welcome.
